He is survived by: his son Thomas Bailey; his daughter-in-law Victoria Bailey; and his grandsons, Sean and Christopher.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Clare Church (110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Children's Hospital Corp in Boston, Heart Foundation, in memory of his son Sean.
