Rowley, Cassandra McDougal (Hayden) and Dixieann Favor (James); his grandchildren, Sonya Witcher, Jahmel Rowley, Jermiah Rowley, Jazmine Rowley, Charisma Daly, Rayshawn Mathurin, Teandra George, Jayshawn Favor, Nekoro Rowley, Sadiki Rowley and Tahirah Rowley; his siblings-in-law, Timothy Dally, Viona Daly, Joan Irish, Cherry Irish Daly, Eugene Irish and Leslie Irish; and his uncle Poney.
