He is survived by: his wife Eve Klimchuck; his daughters, Teri Gavin (Joe) and Patty Klimchuck; his brother Joseph Klimchuck; his nieces and nephews, Dee Dee Dixson, Sheila Valentino, Joe Klimchuck, Tom Klimchuck, Mark Burgett and Richie Dixson; and his sister-in-law Rose Burgett.
