He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Bickham and Grace Bickham; his siblings, Bob Bickham, Richard Bickham and Regina Bickham; and his father-in-law Glenn Donley.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bickham (Donley); his siblings, Ken Bickham (Lori), Arthur Bickham, Gary Bickham, Rosemary Travis and Brenda German; his mother-in-law Ann Donley; his brother-in-law Mark Donley (Nancy); his godchild Shyann Hall Bickham; Princess and Tommy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
