He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Angela Cook; his grandson Dezmond Martin; his nephew Peter Cook; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan and Samantha; his parents, Eleanor Mae Cook and Charles Thomas Cook; and his brother Robert Cook. He was also cherished by extended family also predeased by many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
