He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry "George" Starchok and Agnes Starchok; his son Jeffrey; and his brothers, Dean, Jerry and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean; his daughter Kelly (Billy); his grandchildren, Paige (Christopher), Jeffrey (Claire), Corey (Becky), Jordan, Ruby, Abby and Zoey; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Milo, Kori, Tyler, Ronnie and Millie; and his siblings, Randy, Larry, Sharon (Bernie) and Charlene. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (701 W Main St, Endicott, NY 13760). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mercy House of the Southern Tier or to a charity of one's choice, in Duane's name.
