Eleanor C. Blodgett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2023, at the age of 89, Eleanor C. Blodgett of Endicott, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Denk and Catherine Denk (Slack); her former husband Leo Blodgett; her children, Mary Blodgett and Joseph Blodgett; her granddaughter Sarah Spear; and her friend Edie Baker.
She is survived by: her husband James Hadac; her brother William; her sister-in-law Dorothy Denk; her daughters, Maureen Blodgett, Kathleen Blodgett (Ray Gee Sr.) and Christine Sindon (Tony); her stepson John Hadac; her daughter-in-law Patricia Blodgett; her nephews, Eric and Larry Denk; her cousins, Marie Davenport and Virginia Sosenko; her grandchildren, Jason Cohn, Jennifer Spear, Lindsie, Michael Sindon, Gabrielle Bohn-Blodgett (Jerry Krissell), John Daniel and Isaac Hadac; her great grandchildren, Layla Blodgett and Eva Sindon; her sister Patti Fox; and her friends, Eleanor Clark and Mary Patrick.
Eleanor loved golfing and even had a "hole in one", watching old shows on "Me TV", doing the daily jumble and going five days a week to the Broome West Senior Center until covid.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mercy House, AOH hall restoration fund, or charity of your choice, or do an act of kindness in Eleanors memory.
