He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Rando and Joseph Rando; and his brothers, Michael and Thomas Rando. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his brother Richard (Donna); his sister-in-law Elizabeth Rando (Betty); and his nephews, David (Lisa Rando), Mark (Maria Rando), Christopher (Heather Rando) and Matthew (Darlene Rando).
