He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy McKinney; and his parents, Gilbert McKinney and Ruth McKinney. He is survived by: his sister Ruth Gray (Austin); his nephew Brett Gray (Angela); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Allen Spicer and Cam Gray; his stepchildren, Kelly Coney-Woods, Kamie Merwin, Adam Coney, Ryan Coney, Aaron Coney and Trevor Coney; his grandchildren, Brenna, Josh, Dylan, Evan, Jessica, Mackenzie and Alexis; and his pets, Carlee and Careena.
When not serving his community Harlan could be found fishing, donating food, and doting on his dogs!
