She was predeceased by: her parents, Teofil and Angeline Herlica; her husband George; and her siblings, Elizabeth Wickizer, Joseph Herlica, Francis Cutler and Teofil Herlica.
She is survived by: her children, Maryanne Bednarski (John), Robert (Theresa) and Michael (Kelly); her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew Bednarski, Parker Birtch, Andrew Mott and Emilie Melnyk; her great grandchild Waylon Birtch; and her sister Angie Wallace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
