She is survived by: her husband Richard Maddie (Dick); her daughter Tracy Adams; her grandsons, Brian Adams and Austin Jones; her great grandchild Darius Adams; her stepson Douglas Maddi; her daughter Kathy; and her close friends, Mary Ellen, Rosie and Kendra.
