He was predeceased by: his parents, Wave Vallequette and Edward Vallequette; and his brother Barry Vallequette. He is survived by: his wife Joann Vallequette; his daughters, Anna Banks (Mike) and Alizabeth Leva (Jim Reynolds); his granddaughters, Addison and Mia; and his sister Denise O'Meara (Rick). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or services, the family suggests lighting a cigarette, pouring a stiff drink, and saying something mildly inappropriate in his honor.
