He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dzuba and Margaret Dzuba. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Dzuba; his children, Todd Dzuba, Lisa Dzuba, Jessica Wheeler (Brandon), Stan Konopka and Lori Colonel (Rich); and his grandchildren, Tatyana Reese, Madison Button, Amanda Colonel, Maddy Chandler, Jack Colonel, Emmy Wheeler, Ella Wheeler and Everett Wheeler. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
