He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara (Tillotson); his son Robert Northrup; his parents, Cealeon Northrup and Lillian Northrup (Knecht); and his brother Paul Northrup.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Thrasher, Rick Northrup (Ann), Debra Vivian, Randy Northrup (Diane), Thomas Northrup (Chris) and Tim Northrup. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a large extended family.
As such, in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his name may be made to Shriners Children's.
