She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Shaw and John Sinchak; and her brother John Shaw. She is survived by: her daughter Rachelle; her son-in-law Michael Tompkins; her daughter Anjanette Spivey; her grandchildren, Haleigh Jayde Doetschman, Hannah Getchell, Chandlar Courtright, Rebekah Courtright, Michael Mann Jr. and Taziah Mann; and her pets, Pun'kin and Pepper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
