He is survived by: his wife Eileen Ivey (Sullivan); his daughters, Suzanne Wilks (Jason) and Maureen Mihalko; his grandchildren, Brandon Suber (Sara), Meghan Mihalko, Matthew Mihalko, Gavin Suber and Ashley Mihalko; his great grandchild Theo Suber; his sister Mary Pat Palmer (William); and his siblings-in-law, Diane Weld (John) and William Sullivan (Camille).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Babies Heart Fund, supporting vital pediatric cardiology research at Columbia University Irving Medical Center or the charity of your choice.
