He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Picciano and Anthony DiFulvio; his stepfather Joseph Rando (Tom); his brother Michael Rando; and his granddaughter Christiane Paloma Rando.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Eck; his brothers, Richard Rando (Donna) and Gary Rando (Bonnie); Mark, Maria, Nicholas, Mark Jr., Alexander, Kaitlin, Luciano, Matthew, David, Lisa, Brittany, Steven Patten, Jack James, Christopher, Heather, Matt and Darlene. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
He supported Binghamton University basketball, even having a cardboard cutout of himself in the bleachers when Covid-19 prohibited in-person attendance.
