He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Zayac and Thelma Zayac; his wife Carol Jean Roma Zayac; his siblings, Dr. Peter "Bunny" Zayac and Judy Anderson; his daughter-in-law Tracy Robinson Zayac; and his pet Rosie.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Michael Zayac, Christine Sheehy (Danny) and Jennifer Polemeni (Michael); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Matthew, Liam, Emma and Thomas. He is also survived by god-children, nieces, nephews, cousins, caretakers, and many close friends.
