With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vincenzo Funari (Endicott, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Funari and Luisa Funari; his sisters, Italia Magliocca and Lina Picarazzi; his niece Bruna Magliocca-Hovancik; and his great-nephew Bobby Monticello.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Funari; his children, Anna, Luisa Funari of Endicott and Vincent; his daughter-in-law Amy Funari; his grandchildren, Mirella of Phoenix, AZ and Carlo Funari of Phoenix, AZ; his sister Maria Andreassi of Italy; his brother-in-law Raimondo Magliocca; his nieces, Sandra DeFazio (Tom) of Endicott and Renee'Masciarelli of Endicott; his cousins, Marcella Trotta, Peter Trotta (Diane) and Jeffrey Trotta; his close friend Kevin Vandussen (Maureen); Sam and Carol Salvatore.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (306 Odell Ave, Endicott, NY 13760). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
