She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Mose and Edith Thompkins Harrington; her husband George; her son Jeff Howard of Endicott; and her siblings, Spencer Arthur Mose and Vivian Dedrick.
She is survived by: her son Seth Howard (Deb) of Apalachin; and her grandchildren, Janelle, Charity, Karin, Kaitlyn, Victor and Joseph. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
