He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Cuffney and Ellen Cuffney; and his sister Mary Talbo (Tom). He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Cuffney (Carol), Bob Cuffney (Judi) and Joan Dinnel (Tom). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 12 great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Bill's memory may be made to Mercy House of Endicott NY, a true "diamond in the rough" in our community, that provided dignity and comfort during a very delicate time.
