He was predeceased by: his son Otto E. Hauptfleisch. He is survived by: his children, Pennie Morgan of Apalachin, NY and William C. Hauptfleisch of Fredericksburg, VA.; and his sister Peggy Quick of Vestal, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
