In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact William had on those he encountered along his journey. Though William may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Muniak and Esther Muniak; his wife JoAnne Muniak; his brothers, Dr. Charles Muniak (Judi) of Syracuse, John Muniak of Syracuse and Tom Muniak (Terry) of Williamsburg, Virginia.; and his nieces, Dr. Jennifer Muniak (Dan Williams) and Elizabeth Hurley (Greg). He was also cherished by many cousins and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Allen Memorial (511 E Main St, Endicott, NY 13760). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the Broome County Humane Society.
