He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Konchar (Hermanovitch) of Endwell, NY; his siblings, David P. Konchar of Forest City, PA, John P. Konchar (Nancy) of Eynon, PA, Michael M. Konchar (Sally) of Throop, PA, Elizabeth Ann Konchar of Forest City, PA and Kenneth S. Konchar (Dawn) of Blakely, PA; and his brothers-in-law, Michael C. Hermanovitch of Endwell, NY and Steven Hermanovitch (Judy) of Leola, PA. He is also survived by several cousins, a niece and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to the Prostate Cancer Foundation, Mercy House of the Southern Tier, or March for Life.
