He was predeceased by: his wife Marge. He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Mooney (Jason); his grandsons, Joshua and Matthew; his siblings, Louise Hayek and Joseph Hayek (Jannie); and his friend Jon Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
