He was predeceased by: his parents, Holmes B. Ulsh and Virginia Ulsh (Tyson). He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Lyons (James), David Ulsh (Evelyn) and Gregory Ulsh (Kristen); and his aunts, Doris and Jean. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and several cousins.
