With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard J. Wierman of Endwell, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2026 at the age of 88. As Richard departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Richard. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Wierman (Green); his parents, William Henry Wierman and Gertrude Johanna Bernadine Wierman (Griffin); his brothers, Edward Thomas Wierman (Delores June Gilbertson), William Francis Wierman (Margaret Isabelle Quinlan) and Robert Anthony Wierman (Mary Agnes Ahern); and his brother-in-law Neil Edward Killoran.
He is survived by: his sons, David Joseph Wierman and Kenneth Wierman; and his sister Shirley A. Killoran (Wierman). He is also survived by eight nieces and eight nephews.
