She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy F. Woodworth and Ruth DeLine Woodworth. She is survived by: her husband Francis L. Cook, Jr.; and her siblings, Robin Hibbard of Aiken, SC, Rick Woodworth (Tammy) of Howe, TX and Randy Woodworth (Nicol) of North Bay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
