She is survived by : her children, Patricia Horton (Rick), Bonnie Jean Franklin (Dale), Stephen Southard (Darlene) and Juanita Butler (David); her stepsister Nancy Reed; and her cousin Clinton Ray Carpenter. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
