Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lissa Traucht of Evans Mills, New York, who passed away at the age of 60, on September 15, 2025. As we bid Lissa farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lissa is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard A. Traucht, Jr. and Alice A. Bennett (Longworth); her stepfather Alan T. Bennett; her sister Janet M. Traucht-Wheeler; and her nephew R. Clayton Wheeler.
She is survived by: her stepsister Stacy L. Bennett; and her close friend Chrissy Brewer of Olean, NY. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3000 Harding Hwy, Lima, OH 45804).
