He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Baker and Dorothea Baker; his wife Sandra S. Baker; his daughter Deborah Sue Baker; and his siblings, Theodore "Ted", Walter "Windy", Earl Edward Baker, Hertha "Tooty" Merritt, Barbara Inget, Donna Baker and Joan Leroy.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott B. Baker of Fair Haven and Timothy Baker (Mary) of Millerton, PA; and his siblings, Sue Peterson (George) of New Haven and Donald Baker of Lockport. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
