He was predeceased by: his mother Yetta Axelrod; his wife Jeanette; and his son-in-law Jin Case. He is survived by: his father Nathan Axelrod; his children, Michael Axelrod (Stefanie) and Marianne Case; his grandchildren, Milo Axelrod, Lydia Axelrod, Benjamin Case and Adam Case; and his cousin Saul Raw. He is also survived by his family as the best father and grandfather.
