He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ristau and Mary Ristau; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Ristau. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his sons, Derek of Victor, NY and Matthew (Gloria) of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Ella, Tatum, Boden Ristau, Glorimar Cañedo-Carrasquillo (Eli), Ricardo and Solimar Carasquillo; and his siblings, Timothy (Margo), Phyllis of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Sandy (Fred) of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
