He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Vacanti and Yolanda Vacanti. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Kristin Beaman (Scott), Karyn Vacanti, Francis Vacanti (Rachel Stadler) and Jon Vacanti; his grandchildren, Kenneth Beaman, Thomas Beaman, Margaret Vacanti, Grace Vacanti, Greenly Vacanti, Olivia Shova and Benjamin Shova; and his brothers, James Vacanti (Peggy) and Donald Vacanti (Sally). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Frank's memory.
