She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harvey and Bertha Aldridge; her parents, Harold Cook and Eleanor Cook; and her friend Wally Miller.
She is survived by: her brothers, Gary Cook (Paula) and Brad Cook; and her nephews, Geoff Cook (Megan) and Tim Cook (Colleen).
