We are sad to announce that, on August 31, 2025, Richard J. Young (Fairport, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his significant other Jean E. Young; and his daughter Brenda Young. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Cardillo (Paul Cardillo); his granddaughters, Rachael Cardillo, Melanie and Stephanie; his son Richard Young (Kara Young); his grandchildren, Walker Young and Cohlton (Lindsey); his son Stephen Young (Jennifer Young); and his grandchildren, Makenzie Young and Delanie. He is also survived by loving father to his children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Red Cross.
