He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Malone Mathieu and Charles Mathieu; his siblings, Charles, Shirley and Carol; and his niece Doris.
He is survived by: his wife June; his brother Kenneth Mathieu; his children, Ronald J. Mathieu Jr. and Tracy Kuhlkin; his grandchildren, Alex, Julia Mathieu, Zoe and Aiden Kuhlkin; his stepson Matthew R Snow (Irene); his grandchildren, Qais, Noah, Ty, Heather J. S. and Telfer (Vince); his stepparents, Brennan, Alaura and Fiona; and also Connor.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Falvo Funeral Home (1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Webster, NY 14580). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evangelical Church of Fairport (38 E Church St, Fairport, NY 14450). A reception will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
