She was predeceased by: her husband Ming Fa Wu; her son Edison Cruz; her mother Rogelia Robles; and her siblings, Luz Vidalina Santiago and Eligio Robles.
She is survived by: her children, Maria E Boyle (James), Ming Fa Wu Jr. (Ju Wu), Shih Siu Wu (Pallavi Patel) and Marco A. Wu (Rita); her daughter-in-law Aurora Cruz; and her sister Raquel Rivera (Juan Santos). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
