“Tom was an amazing artist and teacher. I worked with him at Martha Brown MS in Fairport for a number of years before his retirement. I remember his quick wit and the throughly thoughtful questions he asked of me when I was interviewed for an Art Teaching position at MB. What impressed him the most was when he asked why I wanted to teach and my reply was simply because “I loved kids”. That was Tom Jayne, he loved his kids. God speed Tom rest well with Julie.”
