She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Custer and Charlotte G. Francis Custer; her husband Glenn E. Bloss Jr.; her daughter Glenda D. Nelson; and her sisters, Cynthia Courtney and Jacqueline Nelson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline A. Shannon (Brian) of Jamestown, Jill E. Webb (Ray) of Newport, NC and Gisele R. Moses (Warren) of Thurmont; her son-in-law Keith Nelson of Falconer; her grandchildren, Amanda Prugar (Nicholas), Zachary Webb (Victoria), Daniel Nelson (Nicole), Carlie Shannon and Elizabeth Carter (Connor); and her great grandchildren, Aurora Grace Prugar, Diondre Prugar, Noah Nelson, Hannah Nelson, Charlotte Webb, Amelia Webb, Isaac Webb, Sofia Webb and Kenneth Carter.
