He is survived by: his wife Nancy P. Carr Dallas; his children, Julie Mills (Duane) of Warren, PA, Lisa Linamen (Steve) of Bemus Point, Todd Dallas of Jamestown, Carol Simmes (Scott) of Ashville, Steven Dallas of Kennedy, Edward Dallas of Panama and Paula Wesolowski of Malvern, PA; and his adoptive daughter Suzanne Overend (Roger) of Falconer.
