She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis C. Chiazzese and Loretta Buccola Chiazzese; her sister Louise Chiazzese; her aunts, Mary and Teresa Buccola; and her uncle Lory Buccola.

She is survived by : her cousins, Joseph Buccola (Stephanie), Lory Buccola (Amy), Marie Caruso and Ann Kestler; and her close friends, Doug and Sue Seamans.
