He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Packard and Emily Packard (McCullough); his son Walter Randall Packard; his grandson Randall Lee Packard; and his brother Phil McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Packard (Till); his children, Ronald Packard of Kennedy and Nikki Packard Pitts of Falconer; his stepchildren, Diane Russo (Jaime), Scott Costantino (Shannon) and Terri Costantino Johnson (Bradley); and his grandchildren, Shayna MacDonald, Cassie Packard, Madison Pitts, Logan, Jonah Johnson, Shane, Sullivan, Saxton and Siahnna Costantino.
