She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Mary (Helen Smith); her sister Denise Smith Tesoriero; and her sister-in-law Nancy Furlong. She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her daughter Kristin; her son-in-law Christopher; her granddaughter Mia Veronica; her siblings, Christine Smith Moore (Tom), Timothy Smith (Mary), Kevin Smith, Steven Smith (Jackie), Tom and John Furlong; and her caregiver Roosevelt Hospital. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
