He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Herbert; his parents, John Herbert and Veronica Herbert; and his brothers, John, James and Jason Herbert.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristin; his son-in-law Christopher; his granddaughter Mia Veronica; and his siblings, Veronica Dineen (Ray), Marian Herbert (Eddie), Jeffrey Herbert (Irene) and Joel Herbert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
