Stephen J. Kaelin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen J. Kaelin (Far Rockaway, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 25, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Stephen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Stephen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary (Halley); and his brothers, Kevin and Rory. He is survived by: his sister Noel.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Denis S. O'Connor Inc. (91-05 Beach Channel Dr, Far Rockaway, NY 11693). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Church (129-16 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Belle Harbor, NY 11694). A burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (49-02 Laurel Hill Blvd, Woodside, NY 11377).
