He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony and Angelina; and his brothers, Joe, Frank and Paulie.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Verderame; his children, Anthony (Alena Vererame), Rosemarie (Peter Turco), Stephen (Debbie Chin), Angela (Keith Thomas), Benedict (Deb Reily) and Annie (John Lee); his brother Stephen Verderame; and his daughter-in-law Lorraine Verderame. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Deer Park - Mangano Family (1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
