We announce the death of Debra McGinnis of Farmingdale, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2026, at the age of 64. Debra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cherry and Joan Buckley; and her sister Joanne Villatore. She is survived by: her husband Billy; her children, Danny Hushion (Jesse) and Brittany Hertel (Trevor); her grandchildren, Carter, Poppy, Larkin Hushion and Cameron Hertel; and her siblings, Denise Buckowitz and Michael Cherry (Rita). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
