He is survived by: his wife Donna (Kindilien); his daughters, Jennifer Hasara and Carrie Husted; his stepson Neil Durrant; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Hasara, Kathrine, Curtis and James Husted; his siblings, Christine, Patrice and Neal Flatley; and his nieces, Jessica and Caitlin Baker.
