He was predeceased by: his sons, John and Robert; and his siblings, Joseph and Linda Lindsey. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Joanne Blennau and Rosemarie Sturtevant; his grandchildren, Nicole Rivera, Tricia, John, Kristin Kircheim and Jaclyn Gilbride; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Cooper, Emilia, Gracyn and Nolan.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in John's name to the American Diabetes Association, diabetes.org.
